Training Coordinator


Develop and implement a formal training program, this role will be responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum and delivering some courses.

The training coordinator will evaluate the trainee for effectiveness of training and individual employee growth. The trainer will work with the quality team to develop specific training to meet the needs identified through audits.

This position will coordinate training schedules and evaluate applicable outside training resources, be responsible for development of reporting for measurement of training needs and results. Will also schedule and Track all internal trainers (train the trainers, OJT, etc.)

Work and develop working habits with training here and abroad.



Skills:

Leadership skills to effectively direct trainees while in a training class environment and ability to properly evaluate comprehensive and application of subject material

This position requires initiative, motivation, creativity and ability to understand many areas of expertise.

Be able to react positively and quickly to developments and changes needed, included new and existing employees.

Ability to communicate professionally with all levels of management.

Excellent written and oral communication skills are necessary to produce and deliver quality training programs.

Knowledge of Windows, PowerPoint, Word, Excel is a must.

Implement new employee integration procedures with tracking of competencies.

Ability of managing time and budgets

Self Starter, motivated, autonomous, works well with management team, ability to maintain in house facilities and equipment including manuals and handbooks



Experience and Education:

Five years in a Training Experience environment. Manufacturing a plus.
Experience in implementing and developing a training plan in an industrial setting
Knowledge in competency assessment, knowledge of training methodologies
HR experience. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
