Job Description:
You will be a product, implementation and developer expert on the PPM and SQL applications to an Oracle Database. In addition to implementation and strong development activities, it is important to also have experience and be able to support requirements gathering, solution development, code walkthroughs, presentations, demonstrations, and competitive differentiation. The role requires strong Project Management and scheduling skills because the product and solution is specifically created to ensure core Project management methodologies, processes and standards are used in all our development activities. The customer base is mainly State and Local government accounts. You will design, code, test and implement solutions using Client's Software and partner products that integrate with our Healthcare infrastructure to meet business and technical requirements. You will manage one to many projects or team initiatives.
As a primary developer, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing and implementing technical solutions within an agreed-upon timeline. You will be responsible for providing technical support and/or leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet Healthcare business needs and, consequently, for understanding customers' businesses. You will develop projects with internal as well as external resources with a team size less than 15 people. In addition, you will maintain knowledge of leading edge technologies and industry/market domain knowledge.
Actively contribute to Client's solutions portfolio by providing information ranging from technical knowledge to methodologies based on experience gained from projects.
As a top-tier developer, you will be responsible for upgrading existing code, building new modules, shaping the technical direction and technical strategies within the "Gold" copy of our Healthcare solution.
You will work with an elite team of Healthcare resources. You will receive training as well as mentorship from your peers, and be expected to contribute to the knowledge base as you gain experience. You will be expected to constantly learn and demonstrate competencies in new technologies, products and solutions.
Education and Experience Required:
- 8+ years of professional experience and a Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study; without a degree, three additional years of relevant professional experience (11+ years in total).
Must be US Citizen
Knowledge and Skills Required:
- 4+ years of technical knowledge and experience in PPM
- Demonstrated success of software development for a PPM environment
- At least 10 years of Java programming experience is required
- At least 10 years of PL/SQL programming experience is required
- At least 5 years of Oracle DBMS experience
- At least 5 years of PPM Portlet development
- Solid knowledge of PPM Project Management Module, Portfolio Management Module, Resource Management Module, Time Management Module, Financial Management, Deployment Management and the Demand Management Module
- Configuring PPM Request Types and Workflows
- Designing, configuring and developing dashboards, scorecards and extensive reports in PPM and Oracle
- Work experience with project management methodologies and MS Project Scheduling
- Demonstrated success in large projects with Fortune 500 and/or State and Local customers
- Administrative experience with apply patches, Server Maintenance, User Management, Security Groups and Access Management
- Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
- Resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems
- Ability to present solutions persuasively
- Excellent team skills
- Ability to have a flexible schedule and work from a home office if required
- HP PPM Certification
- PMP Certification
- Unix Operating System
- HP PPM Integrations experience, especially ALM/Quality Center

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
