## Description
What you will do:
Supports the Learning and Talent Management Team to deliver solutions associated with performance management, career development, employee engagement, diversity, talent review, succession planning and leadership development programs (or a subset of those listed)
Creates innovative and creative approaches, change management plans and materials to support the organization in one or more areas listed above
Manages multiple projects to accurate, timely and satisfactory completion
Ensures smooth logistical coordination related to the administration of programs in area of expertise
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their business requirements including business leaders, associates, HR Business Partners and the central functions of human resources
After participating in a certification process, works as an internal leadership coach to support the growth and development of Acxiom's leaders
Manages talent review and talent development for assigned client base, ensuring leaders are supporting the development plans and experiences of their associates
Assists with the evaluation of all talent management programs and initiatives and modifies as needed based on evaluations
Analyze and/or report on available data and other feedback tools to inform talent management priorities
Uses technological solutions to innovate, integrate, improve and simplify key Talent Management processes to better impact the business
## Qualifications
What you will need:
Project Management: Effective project management skills including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize key products and programs together with Leadership
Solution Development: Ability to implement and manage multiple solutions from start to finish, including research, logistics, implementation, and evaluation/reporting
Communication: Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, including ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels of the organization
Influencing skills and relationship skills: Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders across the organization
Collaboration/Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary, virtual team supported by global pools of professionals; experience collaborating with both the business and different areas in HR
Quality Orientation: Reviews job processes, tasks, and work products to ensure freedom from errors, omissions, or defects. Consistently initiates action to correct quality problems or notifies others of quality issues as appropriate
Innovation: Thinks outside the box in terms of how HR Processes can have an impact on the business with an eye toward constant improvement and integration
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 5 years of related experience

Experience designing and managing global HR and Talent Processes across an enterprise
Ability to be creative, flexible, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing situations
Drive-for-results orientation with the ability to translate strategic topics into specific deliverables
Attention to detail (editing and designing materials)
Strong facilitation and presentation skills
Understanding of and/or exposure to HR disciplines (recruiting, compensation, employee relations, training & org development, career development, and diversity.)
Ability to demonstrate discretion and confidentiality
Experience with HRIS systems and processes
Any reference to years of experience should be disregarded in the UK

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
