Responsibilities:
Be prepared to fulfill Property Manager responsibilities Responsible for accurate record keeping of all tenant accounts and files Serve as standby for Leasing Consultant if unavailable Keep accurate records of tenant files Ensure collection of all rent - on time and when due Process daily bank deposits accurately Document and communicate with Property Manager on resident issues Tenant Renewals - Ensure all upcoming lease expirations have submitted a vacate or renewal notice within the 30 day deadline Perform monthly property walks Act as liaison between Leasing Consultant and Property Manager Backup for Property Manager Job Type:
