- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care - Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs - Supervise children during playtime, meals, and naptime - Assist with feeding, diapering, and potty training as needed - Monitor and address any behavioral issues or conflicts that may arise - Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities - Maintain a clean and organized classroom or daycare space Skills:
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices - Experience in nannying, babysitting, or caregiving roles - Ability to manage and redirect challenging behaviors in a positive manner - Understanding of child development milestones and age-appropriate activities - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and co-workers - Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children This position requires a high level of responsibility and dedication to the well-being and development of young children.
