This position is scheduled for Monday thru Friday from 9am - 6pm.

Builds and maintains effective relationships with new and existing customers, including the handling of complex itineraries and pricing plans Establishes and maintains positive customer relationships by consistently delivering exceptional customer service, establishing rapport, identifying and meeting customer needs and expectations, and following up with customers as needed.
