Full-time 11 hours ago Full Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION The Mortgage Construction Coordinator will assist the Construction Administrators reviewing and approving new CP loans, reviewing inspections, including submitting for approval, funding and maintaining logs with up to date information on completion percentages, Notice of commencement and insurance.
Maintaining a pipeline to review and approve new CO loans ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1.
Review a limited number of new CP loans for closing approval.
This duty is performed daily, about 25% of the time.
2.
Order and review construction inspection reports.
This duty is performed annually, about 20% of the time.
3.
Submit documentation for construction draw approval.
This duty is performed about 10% of the time.
4.
Review Builder applications and other related documents.
This duty is performed about 10% of the time.
5.
Submit builder packages for CLO approval.
This duty is performed about 5% of the time.
6.
Update logs as needed with current information on completion %, insurance and Notice of Commencement.
This duty is performed about 15% of the time.
7.
Submit invoices for payment.
This duty is performed about 5% of the time.
8.
All other duties as assigned.
This duty is performed about 10% of the time.
9.
Complete required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
10.
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
11.
Perform any other related duties as required or assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Knowledge of a specialized field (however acquired), such as basic accounting, computer, etc.
Equivalent of four years in high school, plus night, trade extension, or correspondence school specialized training, equal to two years of college, plus 2 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to effectively communicate information and respond to questions in person-to-person and small group situations with customers, clients, general public and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS Ability to utilize common sense understanding in order to carry out written, oral or diagrammed instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving several known variables in situations of a routine nature.
